Hi, I'm Corey Willett
I’m an Industrial Design student at the University of Cincinnati’s College of Design, Architecture, Art, and Planning (DAAP). My work focuses on creating experiences that bring people together through design, technology, and storytelling.
I operate at the intersection of creativity and technical execution—whether that’s building large-scale stage environments, designing mechanical systems, or refining the visual details that make a moment feel complete.
I have a strong background in technical theater, with experience in set construction, lighting, and production systems. From full-scale builds to automation control and live video integration, I thrive in hands-on environments where ideas become real, functional outcomes.
Outside of school, I lead technical production for the Oak Hills High School Drama Club, co-own and operate Express Refresh Vending, and run an eBay resale business. These experiences have shaped how I approach design—not just as something that looks good, but something that works, serves people, and delivers real value.
I’m especially drawn to roles that blend visual design with technical systems, including lighting, technical production, and experiential design.
I design to create shared experiences—and I love every second of it.
I'd love to hear from you.
